who I am
I'm Lenn, the one leading this one-woman operation. I have masses of patience and a real affinity with babies and new parents.
My small business was born out of my passion for natural, minimalist style photography. I realised that no one near my area was offering the simple style of photography that I love. I‘m also really inspired by Scandinavian Minimalism and I wanted the photographs to reflect this.
I have a beautiful, kid-friendly studio outside one of Chicago's northern suburbs, and I can’t wait to welcome you to it.
the studio’s philosophy
This studio follows a 'baby-led posing' style.
Your precious newborn is a teeny tiny person, so some poses aren’t good for them. I take cues from my little clients on how I can pose them comfortably and safely. Baby led posing basically means we pose based on what baby allows us to do and do safely. We NEVER want to force a baby into a pose because that definitely isn’t safe. No unnatural poses. No fancy props. Just let them be babies.

What a wonderful experience! I went with my 7 month old son to meet with Lenn for some photos and she made us both feel welcome and at ease.
